Our 30-Day Return Guarantee: If anything’s off — fit, damage, defects, wrong item, or print issue — contact us within 30 days of delivery. If you changed your mind, eligible unworn and unwashed items may also be returned within 30 days.

How long do I have to request a return?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Requests made after that period are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.

What makes an item eligible?

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your confirmation email) is provided.
  • Original packaging is preferred, but not required.
  • Changed-your-mind returns are allowed within 30 days if the above conditions are met.
  • Items are not eligible if they have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Note: Minor color variation can occur between on-screen previews and printed garments due to screen calibration and print processes.

📬 How do I start a return?

Email hello@sipandshirt.com to get started. Please include your order number and a short explanation of the reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll share instructions for sending your item back. Please don’t ship anything until you receive approval — unapproved returns may not be processed.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (our error). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, since we are not responsible for returns lost in transit back to us.

📏 What if the fit isn’t right?

If the fit isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Approved fit-related returns may be refunded once the item is received and inspected. We do not offer direct exchanges.

🧾 What if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Check your item when it arrives. If there’s a problem — including damage, defects, wrong item, or print issue — email hello@sipandshirt.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue.

For approved claims of this type, we may offer a replacement first when practical, or a refund when appropriate. In some cases, we may resolve the issue without requiring the item to be returned.

🚫 Are there items that can’t be returned?

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as such
  • Gift cards
  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

🔁 Do you offer exchanges?

No direct exchanges. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund after the item is received and inspected. If you want a different size, color, or style, place a new order after your return is approved.

💳 When will I receive my refund?

  • Once your approved return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or another error on our part.
  • For orders with multiple items, refunds apply only to the approved returned item or items.

🛑 Can I cancel before it ships?

Because our items are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. If you cancel within that window and before production begins, we’ll refund the full amount. After production begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.

📦 What if I entered the wrong address or my package was unclaimed?

If an order is returned to us because the shipping address provided was incorrect or because the package was unclaimed, we may offer one of the following once the package is returned:

  • A reshipment at the customer’s expense, or
  • A refund of the item price only

Original shipping charges are non-refundable in these situations.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-day cooling-off period

For orders shipped to the EU or EEA, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, subject to applicable law. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, and you must provide proof of purchase. Original packaging is preferred but not required.

This right may not apply to certain items, including personalized or custom-made goods, where exclusions are permitted by law. Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for EU/EEA returns.

🌍 Refund currency & bank fees

All refunds are processed in USD. Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion and/or transaction fees — these are outside our control and are not refundable.
