Our Refund Promise
At Sip & Shirt, we want you to love your shirt. If something’s not right on our end, we’ll make it right.
We’ll replace or refund if:
- You received the wrong item due to our error, such as the wrong style, size, or design
- Your order arrived damaged or defective
- There is a clear print issue with your item
Just email us at hello@sipandshirt.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Please don’t send anything back unless we ask you to — if we got it wrong, we’ll fix it without the hassle.
Made to order — no change of mind refunds or size exchanges
Every Sip & Shirt item is printed to order specifically for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.
We know that’s not what anyone wants to hear, which is why we make it easy to get it right the first time — a size guide is available on every product page.
