Made to Order. Shipped with Care.

Every Sip & Shirt item is printed to order just for you. Printing usually takes 3–5 business days, then your order ships.

U.S. shipping options:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: Flat rate $6.95 · usually 2–5 business days after printing
  • Express U.S. Shipping: Flat rate $14.95 · usually 1–3 business days after printing

Express shipping is not available for PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Express only appears at checkout when the destination is eligible and service is available.

Free shipping promotions, when available, will be shown at checkout.

When Will My Order Ship?

Printing usually takes 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Once your order ships, tracking will be sent to the email used at checkout.

Orders with multiple items may ship separately. If that happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Delivery Times

Shipping times begin after printing is complete.

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: usually 2–5 business days after printing
  • Express U.S. Shipping: usually 1–3 business days after printing

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or incorrect address details may cause delays outside our control.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Because each item is made to order, address change requests must be sent as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once production begins or after an order ships.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, or for packages that are unclaimed or refused.

If a package is returned to us, we’ll review the next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.

Lost, Delayed, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please check around your mailbox, porch, garage, side doors, parcel lockers, office, neighbors, or household members. Carriers may also mark packages delivered before they physically arrive, so we recommend allowing 24–48 hours.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a clear print issue, email us at hello@sipandshirt.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Please don’t send anything back unless we ask you to.
