We don’t do warehouses — we print each Sip & Shirt tee just for you. Printing takes 3–5 business days, then your order ships straight to your door.
- 📦 Standard U.S. Shipping: Flat rate $6.95 · 2–5 business days after printing
- ⚡ Express U.S. Shipping: Flat rate $14.95 · 1–3 business days after printing (not available for PO Boxes/APO/FPO; excluded for AK/HI/PR)
- 🎉 Free U.S. Shipping on orders $75+: Subtotal after discounts, before tax
- 🧾 Express availability at checkout: Express only appears when the destination is eligible and service is available.
- 🔐 Signature on delivery: Orders over $150 may require signature upon delivery.
- ☕ 30-Day Fit Guarantee: If anything’s off (fit, defects, wrong item, print issue), contact us within 30 days of delivery — we’ll make it right. See the Return & Refund Policy for details.

Shipping FAQs
📦 When will my order ship?
Printing takes 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays). As soon as it ships, we’ll email tracking. You can also track orders by logging into your account. Support hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm PT.
🚚 Which carriers do you use?
We fulfill through trusted partners (e.g., USPS, UPS, OnTrac, and others). Carrier selection is automatic based on destination, weight, and service level.
🕐 How long does shipping take once printed?
- U.S. Standard: 2–5 business days after printing
- U.S. Express: 1–3 business days after printing (not available for PO Boxes/APO/FPO; excluded for AK/HI/PR)
- Canada: 5–12 business days after printing
- Europe: 7–15 business days after printing
Peak seasons (Nov–Dec) and severe weather can extend production and transit times slightly.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to Canada and Europe. Delivery times vary by country and local carrier.
💸 Will I pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees not shown at checkout. These are the customer’s responsibility.
🏠 Can I change my shipping address?
Yes — request changes within 12 hours of purchase (email us). After that window, production may have started and edits aren’t guaranteed. Times are based on Pacific Time.
📦 What if my package is returned or undeliverable?
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer covers re-ship postage. Prefer to cancel instead? We’ll refund the product price (minus any shipping charges) once the item is received back in good condition.
📬 What if something goes wrong (lost, delayed, damaged)?
First, check tracking and contact the carrier. If you still need help, email hello@sipandshirt.com within 7 days of the last scan or delivery notice and we’ll assist. Note: we do not offer separate shipping protection.

Our 30-Day Fit Guarantee covers fit issues, defects, wrong items, and print errors — contact us within 30 days of delivery to start. For steps and eligibility, see our Return & Refund Policy. Note: minor color variation can occur between on-screen previews and printed garments due to screen calibration and print processes.
Orders with multiple items may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
